Radio Silence

So, I haven't been ignoring you all (both here and on your own blogs); my computer blew up. Well, my monitor, actually. Which was kind of surprising. Given the constant rebooting the hard drive has been doing (often just as I'm about to hit send on a post or a comment, because it hates me), I figured that that would be the part to go. The bright flash of light from the monitor though, now that was a surprise.

I'm trying to cobble together a solution and will hopefully be back soon. I hope so, anyway. I miss my not quite real and yet oh so satisfying life.

The computer is my only sanity some days! I adore my children, but sometimes being a single mom feels like you scream more than you talk-its like they don't hear you when you speak in a normal tone! God help me-today is one of those days!!!

Oh I know that one, my monitor blew up with a large spark from the back and a smell of burning. Is it bad that I pinched my sons monitor within 10 mins so I could get back online?

About Me

You say "Single Mom," I say "Solo Mom." In my world, it's all about having your priorities in order, and getting my whites whiter than white is never, ever going to be a priority. Helping my girls paste glitter to their artwork, that's a priority. Sometimes I hide in the bathroom to get a bit of peace and quiet. But I never have to share the kisses.
